At home in West Sussex, England, with Poppy and Rosie. Rogers paintings are held in private collections in England, USA, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Roger was born in Middlesex, England, and educated in the U.K. At school he studied both art and architecture, enjoying the spontaneity of the first and the exacting structures of the second and choosing which one for further study was never going to be easy.

In the end architecture won and after graduating as a Member of The Royal Institute of British Architects he moved on to a successful career with his own practice,The Baldwin Everton Partnership, undertaking commissions worldwide.

However, Roger never stopped painting and the 24 pictures on this site are proof of the benefits of marrying a technical training with artistic interpretation. The detailing and proportions are what you would expect but the brooding thunderstorm colors of 'Curepipe Town Hall' and the stylized lines of 'The Watermill' are from the artist's eye.
